Who the hell shops at Ikea?

Seriously, I hate that place. I avoid it when I can, but decided to go this week for 3 reasons: can't find a cool laundry basket anywhere to save my life....shelving, meatballs.

Ya, the cafeteria was a gong show.

I don't think I will ever go back. Went on a Monday afternoon thinking it would be better than a weekend. Not much. What is with the rotating like cattle through the store philosophy of shopping? If you see something and want to walk back and grab it, you risk getting run over by a parade of shopping carts and aggro housewives. It's one way traffic all the way. It's such an aggressive enviro I find. Weird for housewares...reminds me of Black Friday. What is the big deal with cheap plywood and particle board furniture that is over-priced and you still have to put that nightmare together yourself with an allen key. Whatever.

It's not ZEN. I needed to go for a workout after shopping there because I wanted to kill someone.

In short, hate crowded places, hate strangers touching me and hate Ikea. Cheap over-rated son of a...

I am and always will be a Home Sense shopper. CHEERS to Home Sense and Pier 1 and any other place that is NOT Ikea.

Horn of Plenty

Somewhat reformed workaholic, but my career does define me in many ways.

Hard work DOES pay off and my career is an example of reaping the rewards of hard work. No matter what you do, do it well and someone will recognize your efforts and appreciate may not be your current employer, but possibly someone on the outside looking in. Hard work gets noticed. Most of all be patient and give anyone who gives you an opportunity in life, 100% of your efforts and energy.

I work in the best industry with the best people, so I have found my calling and my final reward. Now to just make a bit more money.....:)

Unfortunately, I don't have time to model anymore. If I have time, it's spent in the gym trying to get my body back on-track.

I am pretty 'lame' because I love nothing more than being by my fireplace reading a book with a cup of tea.

I am all about ebm, electronica, industrial, dark wave music.

I'm glad that my friends have kids, or are having kids because that person will never be me. Hence, I can have the temporary pleasure of children and then go home or back to work. My career is my baby.

Location: , Ontario, Canada

Sex: Female

Age: 109

Marital Status: Married

Job: Big Kahuna

I joined Tattoodles because: Adam sent me

Body type: You'd get motion sickness following these curves

My tattoos: 10 in total and all over the place.
Fruit theme just 'grew on me'

My tattoo wishlist: Full leg coverage, other foot, perhaps shoulders.....
More fruit.

My body mods: Tattoos primarily...but I have my nipples pierced.
Hated that whole experience.
Ears are 8g

I love plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures, and whenever I have spare cash I get Perlane injected into my lips and botox in my forehead. It's an expensive habit that requires a lot of up-keep because these things are not permanent. If one is lucky, the results will have a good 6 month run.

So no ink until I get more injections and hopefully veneers on my teeth. If I could pay for all of the fakeness in the world, I would do it.

Fave bands: Too many to mention, but basically all in the genre of industrial, ebm, dark wave, electronica, goth....I am a rivethead 100%

The Cook, the thief, his wife and her lover

Current crush: Hellspawn

Most embarrassing moment: Just one? First day in my new office....I get complimented on my I turn around to show it off, and apparently a portion of it is tucked into my tights. Normally I wouldn't mind, but this was not the time or place for such things.
