Alright, I just got engaged and I will absolutely NOT get anyones name tatted on my body..but we do want to get matching tattoos...any ideas besides the same Japanese symbol?

your hubby a dragon and you a phoenix.... match made in heaven

or

you hubby dragon and you a koi... koi morphing into a dragon... two becomes one kinda idea...

Those are great ideas kooly considering its hard to give strangers ideas on what to permanently mark thier skin with.

thank you! those are good ideas. My fiance is a little too conservative though. im shocked he's getting a tattoo. I think we both want something simple and small... this is tough. thanks again for your reply!

Irish wedding symbol... Hands holding crowned heart.

Very beautiful lore associated with that. Should be able to render it small. Make sure the hands are faceing the right direction.

Maybe a lock and key, or items that go together like salt and pepper, etc.

look for something that you both very much have in common........it's really really hard for other people to give ya ideas regarding this.............yes really! laughing.........and especially online when no one knows you personally either........little *conservative* huh?........haha hey ya never know, he might even get hooked! shocked.......or the two of you! I was looking at tattoo flash on the net and came across a heart with a chain and lock around it and a separate set of keys with the top of the key (the part you hold) shaped like a heart. I don't explain it really well, but a good artist should be able to draw it up much better than I can explain it. Or maybe a heart with something wrong with it, like on fire, and a fire extinguisher. This kind of goes with the like items idea.
